Shoshone 9-Unit
This 9 unit property was in a sad state when we started this project. Water lines were so clogged with corrosion that residents were borrowing buckets of water from neighbors just to flush their toilets. Floors were rotted through, plumbing was a mess, electrical was completely unsafe. Basically 70 years of use had taken its toll. It was fulfilling to see the turnaround. All new plumbing supply with automated wifi connected master metering valves to monitor water usage of each unit, completely updated electrical systems including new wiring, panels, and meters, upgraded kitchens and baths, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, washer and dryer hookups in each unit, converted the old boiler rooms into two additional bedrooms, high efficiency ductless mini-splits in each unit for heating and cooling, and just a nice modern touch of usb charging outlets in key locations throughout each unit.
